Adult Beginners

ADULT BEGINNERS centers on a young, narcissistic entrepreneur, Jake (Nick Kroll) who crashes and burns on the eve of his company’s launch. Unsure of what to do with his life, he leaves Manhattan to move in with his estranged, pregnant sister Justine and his brother-in-law Danny (played by real-life item Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale). Since Justine needs the help and Jake is living without a job, Justine has her brother become her 3-year-old son’s nanny.

ADULT BEGINNERS debuted at the Toronto Internation Film Festival and was released theatrically by Radius-The Weinstein Company and Universal Pictures. The film is directed by Ross Katz and written by Nick Kroll, Jeff Cox and Liz Fleehive. Sam Slater and Paul Bernon produced the film with Nick Kroll, Jared Goldman, Carrie and Marcus Cox. David Bernon executive produced alongside Mark and Jay Duplass.
